Now for the updates!
Yes, we've had progress. The coffee trailer is at the body shop waiting to be painted. I'm looking forward to showing you before and after photos. We've arranged for the machines to be serviced, and (because I'm extra) I bought an espresso machine for the house because ya girl needs to be able to practice without having to run the truck 27.5 hours a day. Somehow espresso and gasoline gives us 3.5 extra hours (shrug). If I'm going to make #TrailerTrashLattes a real menu item I need to be able to practice (& fail) without the whole neighborhood hearing it. ANYWAY - I'm getting off track.
What I really wanted to tell you is that we have decided on an opening! I can't confirm the actual date just yet, but I can tell you that it's going to be this summer. We were hoping for Spring originally, but there's a whole boatload of issues with that so we decided that the least we could do is offer you some iced coffee to go with your Georgia swamp ass this summer. If you're not an iced coffee drinker, no worries; we'll have all the hot stuff (& by that I mean hot coffee, not Jensen Ackles)
along with some non-coffee offerings for those weirdos among us who don't partake in the elixir of life. I say 'weirdos' with lots of love and only the barest hint of judgement. Please keep following along with us on socials. Your support is giving us life right now. Also, if you download the 'Spaces By Wix' app and join us there you can get K2 specific push notifications straight to your phone, which we only plan to use for sending out important, time sensitive information (such as our location that day). Not everyone checks their social media or email everyday and we thought it would be a convenient way to communicate our schedule. Hope to see you there! Thank you so much for your support.
